At the Stratford store, we have a brand new, warmer look. We have been completely made over, and our customers tell us the new look is very welcoming. We strive to give you the best customer service we can, answer all your questions, special order products you would like, and always carry out for you. Please remember that dogs are always welcome on lead; it makes our day!
We work with the OSPCA to offer cat adoptions.
Pet Adoptions: Working with local humane societies, SPCA branches, and animal rescues, you will find a Pet Adoption area in a lot of our stores, showcasing animals (often cats) available for adoption. Come in and see if we have the right pet for you! Every animal deserves a second chance. Stores that do not have permanent adoption areas (and even ones that do!) often have special Pet Adoption days where local animal groups will bring in adoptable pets just for that day. Events are listed on our individual store pages and on Facebook.
Raw Food: Feed your dog or cat the food they crave: raw! Many Pet Valu stores offer frozen raw food. This Pet Valu carries raw options from trusted brands in pet nutrition.
