Once you have reviewed our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for at least 15 days, a member of our franchise development team will contact you to answer any questions you may have and to discuss your plans of owning your own pet franchise.
You've reviewed all the franchise materials and are ready to move forward. At this time, you'll submit $5,000 as a deposit on your pet store franchise (this is refundable) and schedule your Discovery Day with us. Discovery Day will include meetings with the VP of operations to discuss the Pet Valu operations and operations support; VP of Merchandising and Marketing to discuss product, promotion and marketing; the real estate and construction team to discuss development; and our CEO.
Once we have both gauged our mutually beneficial relationship, we will ask that you sign the franchise agreement and pay the remaining $20,000 in franchise fees. Your training sessions will commence shortly after this step. Welcome to the Pet Valu family!
