I think I probably did more training then the average new franchisee because I was opening up in a new province. In class training was thorough and helpful. It was great being able to have training directly from a variety of departments. I loved being able to see the functions of the warehouses also. I very much enjoyed my hands on training in corporate and franchised stores. The product knowledge I received from the staff/owners was invaluable!
