Job Specifications
- In this role the incumbent is the initial contact for all store Site Management issues, interfacing with landlords,
Store Operations staff and the Head Office Real Estate Department.
- He/she provides Store Support in the form of tracking, and facilitating the resolution of store facility problems
(including HVAC), landlord deficiencies, lease inquiries, etc. The incumbent is required to communicate verbally and in
writing with a wide range of internal and external contacts to pass on needed information or to complete a process.
- The incumbent may also receive customer complaints with respect to store customer service issues and other non-product
issues and will be responsible for ensuring such issues are transferred to the appropriate functional area for
resolution.
- Provides administrative support for the site management function for Head Offices.
- Maintains all correspondence and tracking files for the site management function.
- May assist with Operations store maintenance and Real Estate construction projects as needed.
Education
College diploma.
Computer Software Training - At advanced levels for: MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience
A minimum of two years experience in a property management, real estate or construction administration capacity.
