- To work in a Canadian store
To apply for a job at a Canadian PET VALU store, simply bring a completed Canadian Employment Application [ PDF | Microsoft Word ]
and your resume (if you have one), to the store(s) in which you are interested. You can find your local store(s) using the
Store Locator.
- To work in a US store
To apply for a job at a US PET VALU store, simply fill in the US Employment Application [ PDF | Microsoft Word ] and save a copy.
Then, email your completed copy of the US Employment Application and your resume (if you have one), to
pviirecruiter@petvalu.com.
Make sure you indicate which store(s) and position you are interested in.
• A product I purchased in one of your stores did not meet my satisfaction. What should I do?
Your satisfaction, and that of your pet, is important to us. If you are unhappy with an item that you purchased, you should return to the store where it was purchased within 30 days, bringing both the item in question and your receipt, to review exchange or return options.
• I feel I received poor service at one of your locations. What should I do?
We place a premium on customer relationships and service. If your experience in one of our stores was not ideal, you should:
Step 1:
Contact the store in question and ask to speak to the Store Manager and/or Franchisee, since many of our stores are independently owned and operated.
Step 2:
If you are unable to resolve your concern with the Store Manager or Franchisee, you are invited to send us a note for corporate review and address.
